The breakfast was great and we had wonderful views from our room. A friendly check in. It's a beautiful place and a stunning setting, but just needs more love.
The room needs an update. No turndown service, which for me is a requirement for a "five star" hotel. No acknowledgement of a special occasion, the mini bars are just empty fridges without any drinks or snacks which is also not to 5 star standard. The room was clean on the surface, but trash on the floor, hairs in the soap dish, grimey glasses made me feel a little off.
Overall, it was acceptable for the special rate that we paid, but I'm not going to rush back...

Bellissimo hotel con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, se avete macchina e girate per la penisola del Capo é sicuramente l’hotel come base per spostamenti ! COLAZIONE DA ROYAL PALACE … superlativa é dire poco !! Miglior hotel trovato in 2 settimane in SudAfrica!!!Si può fare ottima cena con degustazione vini SUPER 👍

Amazing location, food was great considering the limited options due to winter menu. As you would expect the wine was awesome along with the setting.
