We loved its location, and then loved their staff relocating us to their sister hotel so we could enjoy free on-site parking.

The host Pietro was so nice and very helpful. He didn't just tell about the excellent selection of restaurants nearby, he came out from behind the desk and walked outside to give us a better idea. The breakfast is one of the best I've had.

Great location, and fantastic views over the valley below. Staff on the front desk were lovely.
For a 4 star hotel it fell below the mark. There was no atmosphere in the hotel, and the room was dark, with only bedside lights working. The bathroom needed a facelift as was a little tatty round the edges. Disappointing versus other accommodation on this trip.
