The location is at a walking distance from the main station, it's close to many bus stops and main attractions as well as restaurants & supermarkets.
The breakfast has good options for vegetarians as well.
They have a wide variation of teawhich was 😋.
The room is suitable, have all what you need ( a fan , a mini bar ).

Location is great. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast room is very nice.
Room #12 was awful - cabinet door where fridge is located, were broken, bathroom door lock was not working, bathroom floor out of bath got wet when taking shower (leaking), closet (outside look) in a room was quite bad quality. There was only 1 body lotion available for 2 persons.
As staff was friendly, upon our request in the next day they put us in the room #23 which was much nicer and a bit bigger, with better quality furniture and bathroom. View from the window was very nice, although it was very noisy from the street.

The location was perfect, just around the corner from the M museum, the location of my conference, and steps from the cathedral, town hall and other attractions. Big, clean, comfortable room. Very complete breakfast in a lovely breakfast room.
Street-facing room=noise early in the morning. Not great for a light sleeper.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Hotel is very convenient as it’s situated in the city center, directly outside lovely shops and delicious cafes. Our standard room was ok for a two-night stay. Room was basic and clean. The continental breakfast was delicious, generous, and of quality. Friendly and accommodating staff.

My room was located street side ; where there was too much noise , also during the night , and starting very early in the morning. Impossible to sleep with open window. So , at night , it was much too hot in the room ..;

Room was in the attic, making it difficult to stand in the bathroom. Showering would make the bathroom all wet. No air conditioning.

Good size room. Friendly and helpful reception. Good night's sleep on the bed. Quick resolution of problem. Room not too noisy. Hotel well placed for shopping, restaurants and sightseeing.
Very small bathroom. Shower bracket was broken, but was quickly fixed once brought to the attention of staff. Lack of horizontal surfaces to put things down on in the room/bathroom.
At breakfast coffee was from insulated jugs-no coffee machine. Most things you might expect at breakfast were there, but somehow it looked very sparse-only scrambled eggs with ham as hot option; no muesli, but boxes of Kellogg's cereal; small selection of pastries.
Was left with the feeling that maybe we should have splashed out on something more upmarket in Leuven.

The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Location was perfect. Very charming with a good breakfast. We will definitely return.
Very steep staircases but they do have a small elevator.

The hotel is located right in the center of Leuven. There are many cafes and restaurants in the area.
The room was beautiful, very comfortable and clean.
