How quaint the area was and I like how the windows/shutters open. It would be nice if they put a curtain in the bathroom that you cannot see through because you can see through it. We had to rig a towel to hang up to have privacy.

The location is fine for Venice, except it is very noisy at night, as it is a very popular walkway and there is ATM right across from our window. The first night we had a group of young people smoking and talking for about half an hour under our window and I had just washed a shirt. Had it out to dry and I thought oh great it’s gonna smell like cigarettes. The second night, a drunk loud man and friends came through at four in the morning and totally woke us up and he was so loud. We did get some mosquito bites. It’s very quaint and I liked that.

We loved the location so close to the sea and small beach below. I particularly loved the sun loungers under the pines that allowed us to feel a little closer to nature, get some beautiful shade from the sun and see the sea so close. It was beautiful. We also appreicated the friendly, helpful staff and the clean but relaxed ambience in the hotel. Breakfasts were great. The hotel was just right in size for us - not so big and busy.

Our room was on the smaller side, but had everything we needed. The beds were just a little hard for our taste. Otherwise no complaints at all.

Very good breakfast. Beaches are very close. You can enjoy the beach and pool.

The room is very small for three people. The parking lot cannot accommodate the number of tourists during peak season.
