Friendly staff, good location and a nice breakfast

No pool, bad view, quite small rooms

Clean, modern, solutions for the guests, great attention and customer service. There was a little fire in the hotel. the staff was AMAZING, they took great care of their guests and provided with info updates regularly. It was not only a nice and comfy hotel, but the way the staff treated us made the difference! well done Scandic!

Good location

Breakfast wasn't great, the same few items to choose every day and often it would be really salty. The beds were really stiff and hard and the pillows were not good either

Bathroom was not clean. I was surprised about! there was lime accumulated in the shower floor. looks like that was not clean at all when we arrived.

nice and clean, breakfast was amazing and somewhat quiet, however elevator broke during our stay and they were working on it in the morning, making noise but it didn’t bother us that much. We got a family room on the first floor and kids bunk beds were hood expect they hit their heads on the long edge. Beds are sort of like a Murphy bed that pulls out of the wall and it has a top shelf on which kids were hitting their heads at night if they got up. Other than that hotel was very nice and room was clean except carpet could’ve been vacuumed a bit better. Overall nice stay. we would come back there and recommend this hotel.

The hotel is beautiful and clean, room was big enough, bathroom very nice with also a bathtub. What I liked most was the staff, they were very nice with us, also allowing us to use the breakfast room and facilities even though we were late!

Staff are exceptional. Five star service. Close to train station. Comfortable, clean but basic rooms. Food available for purchase downstairs and breakfast included.

No mini fridge for use in-room. Stairs on both sides of entrance. Very hard to take my heavy luggage in and out of the hotel with so many steep steps. The disability wheelchair lift (only available on one side of the hotel) didn't work either on the day I needed to leave and the staff couldn't get it to work so we had to both carry the luggage down the stairs.
