Great friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and tidy. Spacious room, great facilities, super close to the black sand beach.

A very beautiful hotel with a stunning view. It is clean and features an interesting interior, designed in Santorini-style colors. The location is excellent: the beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the bus stop is just a 2-minute walk. Everything is close by—supermarkets, a bakery, restaurants, and cafes. And most importantly, the lovely Sissi. who welcomed us so warmly and explained everything in detail. A huge thank you! 🙏🏻 The room was cleaned and the towels were changed every day. If I ever visit Santorini again, I will definitely stay at Roula Villa.
Everything was of a high standard.

Sissy and Aggelos accommodated to all your needs as well as the rest of their team like Maria and Kiki.
Warm greetings, information, directions, everything was given upon arrival. The pool bar served great drinks.
Lots nearby to eat including a bakery with delectable items. Black Beach was amazing.
Both owners inquired how you were and were attentive to all our needs.
We had a great time though short, we will return.
Our stay was too short :)

The accommodation is very cozy and tidy. The location is excellent: it is in a quiet area, but the bus stop is only a two-minute walk away, and the beach is 5 minutes away. The owners and staff are very kind and attentive, they provided us with detailed information about the attractions of the island and also recommended restaurants. The rooms were cleaned and tidied up every day, which we are grateful for. It was very practical that we could have coffee in the bar attached to the accommodation, sandwiches and drinks were also available. The children really enjoyed the accommodation's pool. We felt very comfortable.
The bathroom could use some hangers and the rooms could use more shelves for clothes. The wifi signal was weaker in some areas of the accommodation, but this was not a major problem.
