Housekeeping team was very good, very supportive , we met Mr. Fahim - he was so nice & professional, guided us about the facilities such as gym , sauna, steam, pool and all.. I like their swimming pool & sauna. this hotel is best for family, very spacious and clean room. all staff are helping & supportive. Ganesh, Payal are too good.

We were pleasantly surprised at the spacious apartment. It was cleaned daily and extremely comfortable. It was the best choice for our family as we would not work in a small hotel room. My son had his own room and space and being 17 years he loves his own space. It was perfect apartment for our stay and I would highly recommend it.

The staffs are accommodating. The housekeeping provided every request we’ve made. Internet is fast also.

The TV’s are quite small but glad they’re already connected to Netflix & Youtube. The electric stove is small although the kitchen utensils were complete.

1. Location is near to the Mashreq metro station 2. Lot of restaurants nearby 3. Front desk staff Houssini is helpful

1. No balcony 2. Looks like an old building but a decent stay for a short time. 3. Expensive when compared to the other hotel apartment stays and too when it is short of what others provide.

Staff at reception Neha, Burhan and Ganesh was very welcoming and helpful. The housekeeping staff Badusha and Bhopal were also very engaging and clean the room really well. Thanks.

The breakfast sometimes are not fully ready if you go for bfast very early at 0630. Plus the cutleries esp the tea spoon is always not readily there.

It's good value for money.
