Hotel Fontan Reforma Centro Historico

Location is wonderful

Air conditioning was not working properly

Breakfast is amazing! the room was suitable, small but comfy - the location of the Hotel is great for the purpose of my trip

The staff was amazing, from the front desk to the bell boys and valet parking.. All were so helpful The lobby is very cozy, and the roof deck is beautiful for some relaxation.

Nothing not to like

The entrance and the lobby were beautiful. They had a cute store and a coffee bar with lots to look at. A beautiful staircase that took you to the second floor. The staff was very kind and attentive.

I had asked for a room with a view and they gave me a room that was facing a construction site. The smell urine penetrated the vents because the AC unit was again , facing a site in an alley way. The rooms are teeny tiny. With such beautiful decor I expected the same in the room. At least that’s what they showed in the pictures online. The bathrooms are for children - everything is tight and barely any room to Move around. The sounds travel. So say goodbye to good sleep. The person next door was having a phone conversation early in the morning of whom I was able to depict each word. Every open door every elevator song sounded like it was coming straight into my room. No Silence at all.
