Atlantis, The Palm

We recently stayed at Terrace suite of Atlantis, The Palm to celebrate a very special milestone, and it exceeded every expectation. From the moment we stepped into the resort, we were greeted with an incredibly warm welcome that made us feel instantly valued. Throughout our stay, the team continuously delighted us with wonderful surprises that made our celebration feel so personal and magical. The exceptional service and attention to detail turned an already beautiful resort into an unforgettable experience. Special Thank you to Aaliyah-VIP services, Tyreece-VIP Services, Almaine-Team Leader, Imperial Club Lounge, and all Atlantis team members—we cannot wait to come back! Also I express my deepest appreciation to Mr Kym Barter & Elizabeth from the top management team for your exceptional kindness and personal attention during our recent stay at Atlantis, The Palm. Thank you so sincerely for taking the time to listen to my request and making our milestone so magical.

Excellent service, very comfortable stay and extremely helpful staff. Good choice of food. Everything was remarkable. Staff went above and beyond to make our stay a truly memorable one.

Can’t think of anything

Everything

Nothing to mention

Great location

We have stayed at the Atlantis many times. I think this will be our last. It was quiet but the staff seemed less interested. Normally service is amazing but not this time. And there’s building works going on that Jo one told us about.
