Overall a great place for a large family, enjoyed our stay

This is definitely an oceanfront location. Merely steps from the beach and water.

The house itself was very pretty and looks to be somewhat renovated. The cabinets were all sticky to touch and the dining table as well. The railing going down to the sand from the deck was broken. We had ants….. LOTS of ants. Someone came to spray, but they never fully went away. We also found roaches, nothing like the ants, but still gross. One stayed in the Keurig machine, so we weren’t able to use it. Also the stove top worked once, but we were unable to get it to work the rest of the time. We can’t complain too much, because we were at the beach, but we will not be staying here again.

The property was great. Plenty of room for the family to spread out and enjoy vacation. It was in a great location within walking distance of the pier. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a great house for spring break. There is not a lot of people in this section of the beach. Nice walk to the Garden City Pier and local arcade/ice cream/souvenir store etc. the inside of the house was very nice. There was normal wear and tear on things but nothing that would impact your stay. The beds were very comfortable. The only downfall and this comes with any house on the beach is the many stairs. Overall it was great and we would come back again. There were charcoal grills, outdoor chairs and table.

This was a great location. Walking distance to the peir and downtown. Most bedrooms had a bathroom. Which was great. Literally on the beach!! Close drive to mrtyle Beach boardwalk. Enjoyed ourselves very much. Only downside was there wasn't a deck off the kitchen that wasn't covered but not a huge deal breaker. I would recommend staying here.

The setup of the house itself was good for our group. However, the house was dirty upon arrival, there was hair in the bathtubs. There were dirty dishes in the cabinets. We also had issues with ants and roaches throughout the week. Mats at the doorway would’ve been helpful inside to minimize the amount of sand in the house. We cleaned it everyday. A larger covered deck would’ve been perfect! On positive note, the property managers responded quickly when there was a trash issue. Overall, we had a good time.

This house was perfect for our 3 families to stay in. We all had our own bedrooms and bathrooms! All of the rooms had ceiling fans and TV's. We could watch our kids on the beach from the breakfast table! We had a great time!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and a good location. It was nice that most bedrooms had their own bathrooms. My only complaint is the bath towels. There weren't any hand towels and the bath towels left lint on you when you dried off. We sat on the deck a lot of nights and enjoyed the fireworks and music and the waves. Would stay again.

The rental company did not have a direct line to speak to someone and never picked up the phone when called. When we needed to get in touch with someone we had to go to the office. This place is hands down perfect! The house was super clean spacious had everything you would need .( except any full length mirrors ). we will be renting again. My adult children and my self throughly recommended this place to any family ❤️

We were a little disappointed with the cleaning service upon arrival as we found garbage in the parking area and deck. There was still dirty dishes and clothes from previous owners. With that said, we loved the property and location and would book this again,.

We really enjoyed the location of the home! The beaches werent too crowded bc there are no nearby condos and beach access are a bit down the beach from the property. The living space was a bit small for 6 adults and a 2 year old, and the property could have been cleaner upon arrival, but other than that we have no complaints!
