Questa moderna struttura completamente climatizzata è perfetta per due famiglie e gruppi che amano il proprio spazio. Le quattro ampie camere da letto e i tre bagni circondano un'ampia zona giorno interna con un impressionante soffitto rialzato e una spaziosa cucina a un'estremità, che separa le zone notte. Le caratteristiche includono: Camera da letto 1 matrimoniale con bagno privato (televisione) Camera da letto 2 king size con bagno in camera (televisione) Camera 3 divano letto a baldacchino e doppio (TV, DVD) Camera 4 2 King Single (può essere chiuso insieme) Grande bagno di famiglia Ampio soggiorno open space (televisione, Foxtel, DVD, sistema audio Bluetooth) Grande cucina con bar per la colazione (macchina per caffè espresso Nespresso + 10 cialde in dotazione) Grande lavanderia (lavatrice, asciugatrice, asse da stiro e ferro) Seconda zona umida piastrellata (cucina dei maggiordomi) con frigorifero / congelatore e congelatore a pozzetto per famiglie numerose e lunghe battute di pesca, con un gabinetto separato (4 ° bagno) Fuori - Verande coperte anteriori e posteriori. Animali da eccezione TESTIMONIANZE LUGLIO 2018 - Abbiamo apprezzato molto il nostro soggiorno, la sistemazione era molto adatta a tre piccole famiglie, ottima posizione a pochi passi dalla città, molto spazio per la barca e attrezzi da pesca.

Most enjoyable holiday spent at 2 Trout Place, Exmouth.The four bedroom, three bathroom house was well appointed and very spacious, with plenty of room for our group of 7 adults on a surf ski paddling holiday. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living areas comfortably accommodated our large group. The two master bedrooms had en suite facilities, a third bedroom had an adjacent bathroom and the bunk room had three beds.There was ample parking for two cars and two trailers and there is a distant view of the gulf from the front balcony.

Very well equipped with everything you could possibly need. Had a wonderful holiday. Great communication with agent who dealt promptly with any issues. Recommend highly!
