Very nice hotel and looking forward to visit again!

Receptionist Mr. Joe Chew was very helpful and friendly. I ahve met him during my previous visits too but always ready to greet with a smile.

Breakfast used to close down sharp on time. This should be more relaxed as some guests like to have a quiet relaxed breakfast. Towardss the end even staff does not replanish items and just saying its over.

Close to Metro, best staff and nice rooms

We booked when we watched the Eras Tour and and we were so happy that everything was convenient and efficient. Metro was only a few steps away. The Staff were so friendly and accommodating (Marie, Shirley and Paul were so helpful). The rooms were newly renovated so it was so clean and modern. The view from our room was fantastic. The breakfast buffet was also delicious.

everything is great.. i can't think of anything negative.

Never again!

Close to the river which was full of nice coffee/Resturant and great walk

Small rooms, limited space to hang cloths. one room was extremely smelly. Big problem with the canalisation. Breakfast was not good enough and staff were so inflexible.

A memorable and satisfying experience that made me feel like I was more than just a guest

Everything was just perfect, I felt very welcomed and the quality exceeded the amount I paid in my opinion

The view was really great, the rooms were comfortable, some of the staff were very helpful however we had a couple that were not at all.

The buffet breakfast was not good, there were a lot of other tourists who would push through you and the other staff would ignore it which was very annoying, some of the staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, the cost included for buffet breakfast felt we like we lost value, we would spend no more than 15 minutes and eat barely anything due to the above factors.

We liked everything, location was convenient to bus and MRT options. Staff were friendly and the rooms were good size. Excellent food options very close

in general my stay was good, nice property, staff and variety of foods in kitchen for breakfast.

there is no balcony, so it is dangerous if traveling with kids.

Perfect location to get in and out of the tourist spots.

The location is very convenient to Havelock MRT Station and also for tourist to hop on and hop off the bus.

Beds were a little soft.

Perfect honeymoon

We got upgraded for our honeymoon, got free breakfast and a congratulations cake. The view out to marina bay was amazing and the staff were exceptional.

Mostly had to get a taxi, mrt or order in to get food. Not many options very close by.

Luxurious and comfortable

Lovely location on the waterfront, where we had long walks, experienced the local lifestyle and dined out regularly. Vincent (at the door) was an amazing staff member, helpful and extremely knowledgable.

The children from room 1908 screamed and frequently slammed the door for hours around midnight.

Overall is good stay for 2nights. We enjoyed the stay and the staff are all friendly and helpful.

The room is newly renovated and I like the simple design will build in drinking water tap.

The jacuzzi pool is small and need more maintenance.

location and cleanliness

Breakfast was same every morning. Saw few staff members in breakfast area were rude to other guests. Dont know why.

Wish they did something special for my hotel stay. Complimentary cake or welcome drink.
