I really liked the hotel as it was beautiful, luxurious, clean, and had a very pleasant atmosphere. The room was also spotless, comfortable, and well maintained, and I slept very well throughout my stay. The staff were polite, helpful, and provided great service. Even though I stayed during the school holiday period and the hotel was quite busy, everything seemed to be managed smoothly. I travelled with my parents and my nieces and nephews under 12, and they really enjoyed the swimming pool and the small water park area. The lifeguards and pool towel attendants also did a great job and were attentive throughout.

One thing I did not like was that parking was not complimentary and was quite expensive. The hotel charges around RM15 per car per night, so with two cars for two nights, I had to pay RM60 just for parking. Considering the overall cost of staying at the hotel, I feel complimentary parking would be more reasonable for hotel guests. Another minor issue was the elevators, as waiting times could be quite long during busy periods.

It's our 6th time here! Love the food, facilities, and how most staff were polite and friendly. We even got a free upgrade to the clubhouse :)

We encountered an unfortunate incident involving a staff member, Fadley, whose conduct was perceived as arrogant and discourteous, rather than reassuring, towards my mother. This experience significantly detracted from our overall impression of our stay. We intend to provide a detailed account to the hotel via email.
