Toilet was not clean, stains on bedsheet, pillows hard and uncomfortable.

Easy to hear voices/sounds from outside

The room doesnt come with basic necessities like tooth brush and pastes, floor mat, shampoo and insufficient soap for shower. Others like shaver for and not enough face tower for two. No parking lots for those who drive and guests could not feel sense of security of their vehicles. Lastly, deals did not include breakfast where guests need to scout for food in the morning.

The sofa in the family room was worn and torn. There used to be private parking below the hotel but they no longer provide, so have to park in nearby street.

Need to repaint room n table top. Toilet to refurbish, tiles

Staffs are accommodating

Not that clean. Pillows have smell on it, including the comforter seems like it’s a very old linens.

Use to have a valet service that park my car in Fenix Inn premises. Now I have to parked at road side
