Large and spacious property. Very luxurious foyer. We stayed in the "deluxe family room" which had a 2 rooms. A king and a single bed room with its own ensuite. It has been renovated to be a larger room.
Older with several light fitting that were loose. Very noisy near the elevators (6) so it was quite noisy through the night. The main sink faucet was loose and two light fittings. The bedrooms had extra doors to the hallway from what looked like a previous renovation. The room smelled like mould like it was water damaged. The smell went away after you were in there for a while. The toilet flush was very loud. The lounge was broken and beds were too hard.

Staff, including housekeeping team are efficient ans friendly
The room.was a huge disappointment. It was run-down, the bathroom was less than clean with yellowing toilet bowl. It was a deluxe family room but with no sofa, just 3 hard-backed chair. And the lights in the room and throughout the hotel was soo dim! Our favourite hotel felt like such a let down this time. We were told there would be 4 beds and assumed it was a suite with bedrooms. We got a queen bed and an extra bed which was not comforta ble. Pillow was old and flat.
