The staff were fantastic. 10/10 for the lady who looked after us the first day. If it wasn't for her I would likely have gone somewhere else when I encountered the 'problems' with the room. As I had 8 people staying in the hotel I hope her manager gives her a big thank you! It is also in a great location if you are there on business (or pleasure) for Ferrari.
The evening meals served are very underwhelming and they are quite understaffed in this department. The floor in our room was very dirty (the dark decor hides it well) however this was addressed immediately when we pointed it out. Also the water ran brown for a while and many of our party had this issue. However I have not marked the hotel down for this as they were having work done, they did explain how to resolve the situation (run taps for a while) and compensated us with a free drink.

Prezzo accessibile a tutti
Nulla da lamentarmi
