Overall the property is good.
Nothing specific

the two bed apartment was perfect for a family with 2/3 kids - breakfast was grand - full of various cuisines - private beach and pool were fantastic - the hotel was very close to Patong beach but nicely separated from the patong beach hustle and bustle
room size was small - since the villas were on the hill - the commute to the reception/pool was on tuk tuks - it would have been nice to shuttle people on golf buggies and not on tuk tuks

Great location, clean & tidy, beautiful gardens and tropical plants, big spaces, room was large with balcony, everyday service of the room, and the ease of getting around using the buggy service but most of all were the STAFF members at the Amari, they were fabulous, service from them was terrific and by our 3rd evening they staff knew our faces, and by 5th evening the staff knew our drink preferences
The stairs to our room on top level of building 7, and some guests that were rude or demanding to staff.
