A lovely family friendly resort. Oversized pools were great so you never felt crowded. The food was delicious. The staff are all extremely friendly and happy to assist. Room service was professional and effortless. Fabulous restaurants near by. "The onion" and "Kiri" restaurants are highly recommended.
The only negative was the building work happening next to the hotel. The sound of jackhammers constantly all day was disappointing. Not the fault of the resort, but it would have been nice to be informed so guests can choose if they would still stay here during this time.

Amazing pools, customer service, staff are incredible and the breakfast buffet is amazing. The rooms are cleaned daily! My favourite resort ever!

Staff in Reception and cafe are very helpful and nice. Thanks for making the stay nice.
It is not clear why our luggage has not been handed over back to us when we asked to get our luggage. This made us extremely uncomfortable
