Clean rooms, great breakfast (omelette bar was great!) really attentive and helpful staff. Lovely swimming pool with access to the beach too. Not too far from lots of attractions also. Restaurant was nice but very expensive compared to other places on the island. Walking distance to some great Thai resteraunts.
A little further than we realised from Bophut Village, and along a really busy main road. But there were buses and Ubers easily accessible. Was just a little more tricky as we have 2 young children. The pavements weren’t great for buggy’s so was tricky to walk.

Beautiful views over the beach. Restaurants, 7-Eleven and massage shops close by.
Small functional gym. Breakfast buffet was extensive. The nominated adults only pool was appreciated.
Floor of breakfast dining area needed cleaning.
Our water view room should be described as obscured view. The king size bed was simply too big for the small room, making it difficult to move around the room. I can't understand why the restaurant used salada biscuits for a pizza base?!

Beachfront, great staff, affordable & beautiful garden
I don’t have problem with the hotel. But some guests are arrogant, did not obey the rules & behaved rudely towards the employees. Not respect at all!
-They continue to smoke even though they have been properly reprimanded. I hope you will be more strict with guests who break the rules for comfort & security.

Basic, but passable. Ok for a couple of days but after that would be a struggle
Rooms, very very basic. Staff friendly enough but tried it on with something that was wasn’t right until it was as challenged and then backed down
