Great location and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The design is beautiful and the pools very nice.
We did come out of season and it was nice and quiet. Check in and out were easy. The bed was super comfortable and I slept really well.
I didn’t like the amount of water that gathered over the entire bathroom floor after using the shower. We would suggest supplying a squidgy type mop to help clear it.
I would also have liked clean towels daily as the humidity meant they didn’t dry well and soon became smelly. The hairdryer functions did not work so immediately after plugging in it started blowing.

Fantastic staff especially front desk. The main restaurant is going through some improvements so breakfast was shifted to the cafe … it was well executed and great quality! Nicely done!
Very small issue … the woodwork around the ceiling fan in the Vila is a natural dust trap and full of dust. It’s so high that housekeeping wouldn’t be able to clean it easily. Looks great as design but impractical to keep clean.

The main room was nice and the sofa couch was comfortable. Bed was also very comfortable.Location is okay but even though the walk isn't very far to main beach it seemed a long way in the heat. Was okay at night.
The bathroom was soo disappointing. It was big but when you used the shower the water covered most of the bathroom floor and I had to request another towel to mop it all up. I shouldn't have to mop the bathroom floor just because I use the shower.
