The staff is absolutely amazing, everyone is so kind and polite and ready to help you with any issue. Quite good breakfast, parking, nice pools.
Overpriced. Everything is old and needs to be replaced or fixed, they really need some infrastructure, furniture, renovation in general, condition leaves much to be desired.

ان المكيف يعمل مع الدريشه حيث لم يعمل طول المساء الى في الصباح لان الدريشه لم تكن مغلقه بشكل جيد

Thank you to the receptionist, i didn't get his name but he is very helpful and warm he gave us the mosrlt comfortable room ever, we had a very memorable staycation with my family, buffet breakfast (speechless) because all are so delicious, i become fan of the chicken sausage and chicken dragon, thanks to ate sheila and kuang as well, overall they staffs and facilicities are best 👍👍👍👍👍😊😊😊😇😇😇😇most recommended, you will not regret,

The concierge sudanese guy was friendly
Check in employee was rude and make me feel am getting in for charity.
I had no hot water in my room.
The man managing the restaurant is rude and I got asked 4 times what is my room number and I felt like they are waiting me to leave as am eating for free.
My access card for my room didnt work and they kept me waiting for 40 minutes to fix it.
When checking out they refused to give me the bill/invoice but they gave it to my collogue?

Nice staff, especially the Concierge, who explained the whole history of this interesting hotel and helped with directions. Central location (by car), great pools and outdoor space, restaurant was good (Pacos). Hotel has a groovy retro vibe. Easy parking.
Lobby café isn't able to quickly provide a to-go breakfast snack for those heading on their way in the morning, just not equipped for this. Just plan ahead as they have to make/heat things back in the kitchen somewhere.

trotz aktueller Baustelle (ein Teil des Gartens ist Baustelle) sehr gute Anlage mit Pools für Kinder und Erwachsene. Frühstück sehr große Auswahl und jeder findet was im gefällt. Abends tolle Kino Leinwand zum TV sehen mit Service. Die kleinen Häuser und Apartements sind nett, aber in die Jahre gekommen. Wir haben uns trotz allem wohl gefühlt. Einige Dinge kann man von dort unternehmen.
Reception bot uns ein Upgrade an. Wir haben uns die Zimmer angesehen und gerne zugestimmt. Dann sollten wir für das Upgrade bezahlen. Ungewöhnlich die Kommunikation. Hier fehlen gute Manager die die Mitarbeitenden schulen. Viele der kleinen Häuser sind runtergekommen und in schlechtem Zustand und werden wohl nicht vermietet. Die Baustelle ist halt da und Arbeiten beginnen am Morgen. Nicht super laut aber eben da.

Booked a junior suite during the UAE national day holidays. The room was quite spacious and good. Arranged an extra bed at no cost. The pool and gym was amazing. The children and us loved the slide from the top to the pool. Restaurant had good breakfast options.
The check in took more than 1 hour as there were a lot of people trying to check in at the same time and there were only 3 counters available. I believe this needs to be handled better in the future.

كان هناك تأخير في عملية الدخول، ورغم أن الساعة اقتربت من الثالثة إلا أن الغرفة الثانية لم نستلمها إلا الساعة الرابعة رغم أن موظف الاستقبال قال إنها ستكون جاهزة خلال عشر دقائق واكتشفنا أنه يكذب للأسف، حيث اضطررنا للنزول إلى الاستقبال مجددا وطلب منا 10 دقائق وامتدت إلى نصف ساعة أخرى

overall area is nice, there is a place outside where u can walk, two pools, for adults, kids, green areas etc..
there was maintenance in the garden, so i was disappointed as it was not mentioned during booking.

Beautiful & chic property with malls close by. The pools were amazing & the addition of water slide in the family pool was great!
The Adult pool was very cold but apart from that everything else was absolutely amazing! It was one of my best staycation!

I do like size of the room and location and pelnty of car park
The entrance of the side of the hotel is not visible . The nightclub is very loud . Room some stuff was missing like complimentary water tissues in toilet . So much construction work in the hotel

We had a fabulous time here service was amazing food was very nice. And staff were very kind and helpful especially the Front DESK- Praveen /HK- lasantha / Kitchen -Chef Thomson,Praneeth, Asab & Bandara/Recreation - Shakila (with nice Smile)/F&B -Alam,Mohammed,Priya and Shisha Guy(dont know his name )
