Our view was beautiful from the room and balcony and Lake Ohrid is beautiful. The room is very spacious as is the bathroom. Nice to have an elevator too. The maids were very nice. Good groceries and restaurants nearby, great boardwalk.
We had a kettle and small refrigerator but no coffee packets, no tea, no sugar, no silverware, no bowls. The hotel is expensive, they should provide these out of principle. Also the carpet needs cleaning.

The room was great, featuring a fantastic view of Lake Ohrid and a balcony with a table. It was very clean and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom was clean and functional. There is a small fridge and a small safe for your valuables. I highly recommend this establishment; the staff—from the housekeeping team to the receptionists—are friendly.
Nothing negative.

Amazing location, right on the promanade of the lake. Very, very helpful and pleasant staff. Flawless English. They sorted out a parking space and helped me secure one outside on the street/ prom front. Balcony, lake view room was amazing, the views awe inspiring. Small bistro table and chairs on the balcony for views, people watching and eating breakfast.
Smells a little smokey inside in some areas (like the whole of North Macedonia) and the rooms A/C condenses into a bottle in the bathroom, this smells a little damp and overflows if left running overnight
