Location, breakfast and staff !
Definitely needs renovation, a lil bit dirty and pricey for what was offered.

Central location to the pedestrian mall and the good restaurants
The town room was a little on the small side but was perfectly adequate.

The air conditioner does not cool at all

It’s in the center of city and has a good view of city.
Bellboy was very kind and helpful.
Towels are too old. The room they sold as a double room is too small for two people. The woman at the reception desk on the day we checked in (August 3, 2026) was older than the hotel staff and clearly didn't like her job at all. Breakfast was very poor.
