Snídaně velmi dobrá, bohatý výběr, jen malo ovoce
Největší pochvala patří personalu.Všichni byli moc milí,srdeční, ochotni ve všem poradit a cokoliv vyřešit. Jmenovitě paní Patricia a Renata v recepci,pan Zbyšek a pan Sergei řidiči a milá paní Ugoči,masérka.
Pobyt jsme si i díky nim moc užlli.

Friendly staff
Spa is old and small, does not have a changing room and all lockers were taken.
Rooms are outdated and not like the updated ones in the photos. The noise level from the corridor is bad.
On top if that they turned on the loud cheerfull music in the hallway at 7:45AM on Saturday. At the reception they said that “quiet hours” is till 6AM, but agreed to reduce the volume a bit.
