Estuvimos 2 noches, la verdad que aunque la habitación era pequeña, estaba muy limpia, con café y galletita para hacer por la mañana.

El segundo día no nos hicieron la habitación, dijeron que iban tarde y la harían al día siguiente, a lo que contestamos que al día siguiente marchábamos, eso si, nos dieron todo lo que nos faltaba, toallas, café, pero sin galletita :(

For start room was dusty. Secondly they advertised in Hotel there is promotion on Breakfast on the day of arrival. That was false advertising, when asked the Receptionist about Breakfast . she had Robotic. She was repeating on arrival day £12.00. Asked her Breakfast stops at 10.00 am week-days and check- in is after 12.00 pm how anyone can use this Breakfast promotion. The point is not about few pennies only about principle. Suppose to have mini bar in the room, fridge was empty and dirty. Very poor service for 4 star Hotel.

Camera spaziosa in rapporto al prezzo, bagno spazioso, nuovo e molto pulito, mancava asciugacapelli, ho richiesto una coperta in più, colazione molto assortita, ottima e ampia scelta di alimenti e bevande, ambiente piacevole nella sala delle colazioni.

Good on the whole

The cooked food was not hot enough . The eggs were not cooked properly the whit was cooked underneath and raw on the top, I asked for poached eggs and they were also not cooked all the way through either .

The breakfast was very good, great choice and the staff were lovely.

The bathroom was a little tired with a broken floor tile and a few other minor details but was very clean.

Superlocatie in een fijne wijk met restaurantjes en supermarkten. Tussen vliegveld Heathrow en Londen centrum. Goed bereikbaar met de metro vanaf het vliegveld en op loopafstand van de metro. Je loopt in 20 minuten naar Harrods. Kensington Palace en Queens garden op 15 min. lopen. Wel een wat ouder pand, met bijpassende sfeer en goed ontbijt.

Bij ons deed de airco het niet, maar dat werd snel en goed opgelost met een andere kamer. Daar spoelde de wc niet goed door, maar dat werd ook meteen opgelost. Kijk wel goed welke kamer je boekt. Wij bleken een bed van 1.40 te hebben met zijn tweeën en dat had ik bij de boeking niet zo gezien. Je verwacht dat niet zo meer in een hotel en is in de praktijk ook wel erg krap.

Strong mold and mildew smell at elevator bay. Slight mold and mildew smell in room. Fifth floor room too hot to sleep even with heat off and window open. Staff could not turn on A/C. It's 40 degrees outside, so shouldn't need A/C. Very small room. Chair in room had ripped fabric. I paid for a 4 or 5 star hotel and got a 2 star hotel.

Super Lage zur Underground Station Gloucester Road. Nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Fussläufig ist das Victoria and Albert Museum zu erreichen. Das war mir wichtig! Schnelle Reaktion des Maintenance Teams. Typisches Touristenhotel. Frühstück ok. Guter Zimmer- und Reinigungsservice

Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Es gab stark verschimmelte Fugen in der Duschkabine. Nach Info an die Rezeption wurden diese innerhalb eines Tages erneuert. Mein Tipp: Zimmer sollten regelmäßig vom Hotel kontrolliert werden.

Wir haben ein normales Zweibettzimmer gebucht und mussten dann im BASEMENT/KELLER schlafen für den selben Preis! Und die Betten waren winzig! 70cm ist viel zu klein für eine Erwachsene Person. Im Bad gab es Schimmel. Alles in allem eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Extrem kleines Zimmer, nicht was wir gebucht hatten. Coronabedingt wurde das Zimmer das erste Mal erst nach der dritten Nacht gereinigt, was man uns beim Check In aber vergessen hatte mitzuteilen. Die Info bekam ich dann erst auf Grund meiner Nachfrage. Bei insgesamt nur 4 Nächten wenig sinnvoll. Bei Bedarf konnte man sich Handtücher, Kaffee oder Toilettenpapier an der Rezeption abholen. Frühstücksbuffet war OK, aber hinsichtlich der Auswahl stark reduziert. Wir waren vor zwei Jahren bereits in dem Hotel, da war alles wirklich viel besser. Von einem Hotel dieser Kategorie (4 Sterne) erwartet man mehr, trotz Corona.

Great location - no matter if you come from Gatwick or Heathrow, it's a very easy trip and the hotel is close to the tube station. Also, we loved their breakfast, although it has been exactly the same for years. But sure, why fix something that is not broken :) And the staff is amiable.

I have stayed in this hotel every year when visiting the London book fair and have always been happy, So I decided to book it also for my first family trip to London. I also asked, if possible, to give us a room with a street view. So we were put into the second-floor room which had stone wall 1,5 meters from the window. It felt like living in a basement. Also, the ventilation was quite noisy, so we had to turn it off, when in. The bigger bed was so old, that mattress was lumpy and we both got a little backache at the end of our trip. The sink in the bathroom was really low and very uncomfortable to use, also there were no pegs to put on our towels, we could not even put them on the toilet seat, as it had no cover. The door of the bathroom was also damaged.

I like the location and the beddings we’re comfortable.

I was disappointed with Park International Hotels because it was our first trip to first trip to London to celebrate my Anniversary and my daughter’s birthday. Upon entry the building had an unpleasant odor, not sure if it was the cleaning product. We did not get the requested rooms and when we asked to change we were told there was one in the lower level (I confirmed it was in the basement) I was not happy with that at all. One of our room was very small and the bathroom was even worse not only it small but there was mold in / around the shower which was very disappointing.

Everything was great. Bed was comfortable, shower was wonderful, breakfast was great & location was easy access to underground & into city centre.

- location could not be better (right next to tube station with circle and district lines) - bed was massive - has a fridge

- window was locked open which was very loud when it rained - common hallway smelt very musty and old. - no extra blankets in room - heat pump was controlled centrally therefore could not change to heating when we were cold at night (it was summer). No extra blankets didn’t help this.

Location was perfect-close to Gloucester Road, Earls Court and South Kensington tube stations, with a Waitrose, Tesco and fast food places nearby as well as a few nice pubs. Staff at the front desk were lovely and made check in/check out quick and easy.

The room felt a bit shabby and rundown; scuffed paint around the room, bathroom door handle was wobbly and looked as though it had been broken before and shoddily repaired, and the light above the shower flickered. Of the 2 small lifts that we saw at the property, only 1 was working and the only sign stating ‘out of order’ for the broken lift was on the ground floor and no other signs were displayed anywhere on other floors-would’ve helped to have better signage as other guests were confused by the lack of lifts and there was occasional queues while everyone waited for the 1 that was working.
