A lovely position on the edge of town right by the river. Attractively decorated in nautical style. Fairly luxurious.
Service slow at breakfast on the first morning. Public rooms very crowded and noisy on some of the evenings. Expensive rooms and food.

Lovely location. Amazing room. Lovely food and staff were very helpful
It was my 60th birthday and not one person wished me happy birthday or acknowledged it was a special day for me. My daughter made up for it with a cake and balloons but not a good place to spend my special birthday. When I booked it the lady said don’t worry we will look after you. So disappointed.
Single beds were uncomfortable too.

Few dirty bits in room and bin in bathroom wasn’t emptied every day.
