We loved eating in the lounge, our dinner meal with pre-dinner drinks and canapes, the gorgeous, comfortable room, the welcoming staff, the spa facilities, and walks around the beautiful estate.
The breakfast was good but perhaps not as good as the rest of the meals we enjoyed.

Location, beautiful rooms, swimming pool&hot tub, very friendly staff
We loved everything and everything was perfect but only one thing….when we wanted to have a casual dinner, there was no other option rather than 3course menu. Local pub weren’t so impressive.

We had an accessible room in the hotel annex but found that the room given was not on the level. Luckily it was manageable, there were also a flight of stairs to gain access to the main hotel entrance so would be inaccessible to anyone in a wheelchair or with poor mobility.
The hotel is lovely and the spa is great. We also enjoyed the food.

The spa was excellent and the food was the best in Wales
The sofa in the room had seen better days and was virtually unusable. The shower over the bath was dated and the hand basin water pressure was poor.
