Great location to catch the ferry to Belfast. Well appointed room and clean and neat.
Better to not judge it on arrival. Gardens very overgrown. Room at back, not sure where we were being taken to.
No Restaurant, and 6 miles to nearest town, self catering was the only real option. But kitchen very light on, no toaster and only 2 pots to cook with besides M. Wave and stove.
Only half a roll of toilet paper, but lovely bath robes and slippers provided.?
Mixed feelings.

Given the very reasonable price I really didn’t have high expectations but I was very pleasantly surprised. My single room was spacious and very well kitted out. The ensuite was a good size and spotless. Complimentary drinks and a snack were laid on. The customer service was excellent. I was only there for one night to catch an early morning ferry but I would highly recommend this property.
