Location & convenience for work excellent Breakfast
Small issue with my window in my room

Breakfast good, gym OK, generally nice hotel
Tired in places , untidy sometimes, had gone down a bit, have stayed there many times for conversations.
Not too mention the usual corporate greed with room rates when busy with events
£647 for 3 nites !! Come on..

Excellent breakfast, busy at times but staff always on hand to help out. Rooms types range in price but the std single has a large bed with a desk, wardrobe, ironing facilities and a nice bathroom/shower area. Great value for money, although it can be quite expensive, the location is ideal for walking to the NEC.
Larger deluxe twin or queen has a fabulous bathroom with a shower or bath, large sofa area and the ability to have a queen or split single beds.

The room was comfortable and the breakfast was very nice. The location in relation to BP Pulse Theatre was very good
The hotel is undergoing major refurbishment and so we couldn't use the pool or facilities . There were workers everywhere. The lift was out of commission so we could wither wait for the lift or take the trade stairs. I booked two rooms one for my sister one for me and I come from Cardiff and my sister comes from London. She arrived before me and they were not going to let her in even though she was paying independently. There was no breakfast booked for us which I had booked through the Bookings webs site and they charged my sister for it. They didn't charge me. It was extremely dissorganised
