We stayed for two nights come the end as we were packing up the contents of my property. To relocate to Somerset. So for us The location was excellent . The staff excellent and they are as follows, Chantelle, Josh, Terry, George there was another but can’t remember name but she likes fiat 500. Rooms towels and the hot water fantastic just right for a soak in the bath after packing furniture. The. Food was excellent and value for money. And we both will be staying again in the future.
Maybe some more lighting for the small walk back to the room?🤔

A nice dining room attached to the bar, the continental part of the breakfast was a decent selection, staff were polite when they appeared
The cooked breakfast was disappointing, as a retried catering manager I would guess that the chef was absent. the bacon was so overcooked as if it had been deep fried and the eggs were barely cooked. the staff seemed more interested in chatting with the golfers than looking after the hotel guests.

It was convenient, clean and all the staff were polite and helpful
Couldn’t get the air con to to work on heat as no instructions and the room got very cold. No hot water until the day we left!
