10 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026

High standards, friendly staff and a very comfortable nights sleep

9 / 10Eccezionale·set 2026

At breakfast a range of options was available, although the self service for a cooked breakfast resulted in in the food not being sufficiently hot. The room was excellent. Dinner was served by attentive staff and the meal was good.

The toilet seat was loose and the bathroom door needed a shaving to be taken off the bottom to prevent it sticking on the floor tiles.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, the bedroom was in a quiet place which was good for us, the food was excellent, the service was excellent, easy access to visit other parts around the area, Dog friendly, plenty of car parking.

Not much , it's clean , nice bathroom

Incompetent staff ,we were given another guests room key on the far end of the property, we booked here because of A/C and elevator and neither were avaliable, I also ordered a deluxe room didn't get that either ,the reasons are for illnesses. I've been here before and was looking forward to this hotel, it's hard to find and I know the deluxe version. I won't be back
