Super place. Inn is right in the middle of Mousehole, so no question of easy access. We needed to find a spot to secure our bicycles - the Manager did this right away and helped us store the bikes.
Room was spotless.
Great pub. The best fish and chips that we have ever eaten, plus well kept beer. Excellent.
Good breakfast.
Some reviewers have commented on the stairs. The rooms are in an old cottage next to the pub. Do not expect wide stairs or large rooms! The access was a bit worn, but the rooms were very clean. Shower was a little miserable, but everything else was good.

Beautiful property and room, very comfortable, and great attention to detail, warm helpful staff, and delicious breakfast. Even lent us a copy of the mousehole cat :) view from room was unforgettable :)
Nothing wish could have stayed longer :)

Location right at harbour.
Lovely staff and good food and drink. Especially the pie.
Parking is not straightforward. But two pay for park areas are close enough to not make it a long bag drag.

We liked the location, the staff and the breakfast.
The room was very small, too warm, the bed was very small (1.40 m) and the water pressure in the shower was very low.
