The room was spacious with a huge well equipped en-suite bathroom. There was a mini fridge in the room ideal for storing soft drinks and snacks. Also a microwave. The bed was extremely clean & comfortable with 2 pillows each plus an extra one, and a bedspread, in the wardrobe. Good range of furniture including chairs, a tv, wardrobe, desk & chest of drawers. Tea & coffee making facilities with top ups if/when needed.
Breakfast was good. Selection of cereals, breads & fruit. Optional full English or even just eggs on toast.
This guest house very much has a home from home feel to it.
Great location for local beaches, historic sites, access to Bridgend & M4.

There was nothing I didn’t like other than the weather but that’s not the farms fault

Very central to our travels
It is a tired building and was thankful we only booked one night. Contact with host was non existent and we arrived well within check in time. Room spacious but in need of refinement and servicing.
