The staff. From arrival to departure and in between. Happy, attentive and helpful in all areas where you came in contact with them. Easy parking option on site
Nothing to not like. Friendly staff, great breakfast and great location.

nicely decorated , clean room.
Dinner was good, not excellent though as there should have been a choice of sauces to go with the fillett steak instead of just offering peppercorn sauce.
Service was very good & the staff pleasant.
Breakfast in the Bistro was good.
The Valet parking.
My car had obviously been parked outside & not undercover as it had bird droppings & tree sap & leaves stuck on the front window & ducco & even a leaf in the car . The tree sap is proving very difficult to remove so I will have to take it to a professional car wash.
Also whoever parked it had opened the drivers door into something & put a chip in the edge of the door.
Very disappointing & spoilt an otherwise nice stay.

Fantastic location, clean and quiet modern rooms, great pool and location
Lack of eye contact and warm welcoming from staff (not all but a few). Additionally have been double charged for room after check out, over charged for parking and untimely response to resolve. Make sure to triple ask for receipt and confirm no extra charges, my credit card took some unexpected hits after check out.
