The breakfast was very good, eggs cooked to order , fried scrambled poached or boiled and omelettes. Selection of fresh fruit , yogurt, fruit juice , pastries , cereals,
Toast brought to table by request.
The quality of the rooms was not up to expectations of the price paid for them.
In my opinion, the rooms are not up to four star hotel standard.

Good room like the outside sitting area
Close to all our good restaurants .
Thought the grill bar was a bit disappointing No nice sandwiches, burgers

Breakfast was rushed. Soggy toast every day. Only 2 cups off coffee which equated to 1 mug. Got asked to vacate the table and be moved elsewhere to finish my coffee. Prior to this my friend was looking at her phone when asked by the restaurant manager if she was ok. We found this very odd. Also restaurant managers seemed very grumpy.
Staff through could do with being a little happier in their work. Gave a miserable vibe.

Health club excellent, Liz on reception very professional. the Zephyr staff during the evening were excellent too.
veiw from bedroom balcony excellent.
Breakfast was chaotic and there were long queues to get a table even though there were empty tables needing relaying. poor management supervision.
bedroom should have a more nautical feel (very boring, a bit like a Crowne Plaza IHG)
