Its great. My second visit, the first time with my wife. Its very busy but in a good way. The place has a buzz. The pool and spa facilities are as good as you'll find anywhere. The Pool was very busy Sunday morning, but the kids were whooping with the delight and teh whole place just has this holiday vibe. Breakfast again busy but of a high standard. Our lad has just started at Southamption Uni and this will be our go to when were down.
Nobody EVER answers the phone or calls you back. I left a brand new Gilet behind and despite calling and leaving three messages, nobody has got back to me. Pity.

Easy to. Book last minute
Room service didn’t answer phone so couldn’t get food or oat milk delivered for the room.
Shower curtain sticking to us during shower, really got in the way and made the shower annoying!
Odd plug socket locations not very practical
