Beautiful building, big car park, easy short hop to Stansted, huge bedroom
At 19.35pm on a Sunday evening there was literally no food available other than a packet of crisps. Apparently the restaurant closes at 19.30 on a Sunday which I wasn’t aware of, but to have absolutely no bar snacks or sandwiches on offer is poor

Close to the airport. Clean.
It was cold and I couldn't turn up the heat. The planes overhead were very loud. The room was VERY small.

Spacious, clean & tidy
The outdoor lighting was not good for accessing rooms 2 & 3 or 52 & 59. Outdoor lights were there but either not switched on or not working. Not ideal for my elderly parents.

Fair price, fair stay. Nice staff.
No lights on footpath from car park on the way to the hotel entrance making it confusing to door at 11.30pm. Slamming of doors from guests leaving or arriving throughout the night & hotel is under heavy flight path noisy. good location for Stansted. Breakfast stops early.

"Struttura particolare e caratteristica inglese, situata in campagna ma vicino all' aeroporto, disposta di tutto il necessario. In camera bollitore con tè e biscotti, molto comodo.
