Thomas Arms Hotel

The property has been well renovated and my room was of a very high quality, very spacious and comfortable including a sofa. There are two car parks with both easy to enter. Their restaurant offered a good range of pub food options and the bar area was spacious and comfortable.

There could have been better signage to the reception area which was at the rear of the building especially from the bigger car park. The smaller car park was difficult to manoeuvre out of.

We had dinner there, great value for money and excellent service. A full English breakfast was included in our stay which was very good.

No comment, as everything was to our satisfaction and more.

A newly renovated hotel with comfortable rooms and spacious lounges. The food was good with extremely large potions The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to be helpful. If travelling to Llanelli I would fully recommend a stay at this hotel.

There was nothing I didn’t like.

The rooms are on a main through route from the Police station, fire station etc and are literally 2 metres from the road. The room was incredibly hot and stuffy. There was a mini fan that was useless so with the window open - also very noisy from road traffic throughout the night - including 4-5 occasions with emergency vehicle sirens. No mention or any notice for breakfast and when I went to the restaurant at 7AM, it was totally deserted, so went elsewhere. The rooms have been refurbished - but still some way to go to be acceptable.
