Front desk staff were excellent.
The rooms had no water etc in fridge.
No info eg. How to use house phone.
Restaurant. Very poor service. Wrong food order. Tables not cleared & menus left on table. The vegan option was sub standard & not eaten.

It was clean, and value for money was good
It is dated, and will need rejuvenation soon to remain competitive.

I liked the design of the main hotel even though we didn’t use it and the pool table was broken
There was a strong smell of disinfectant in the bedroom room. The service in the restaurant was slow and the young waitress forgot my order. There were 2 music sources active at the restaurant at the same time which made for an uncomfortable dining experience. When my husband complained to the waitress she said it was always like this.

"Well designed and organised. Parking right by your room. Clean and comfortable. Walking distance to several wine tasting places. Nice breakfast."
