Room was good
Breakfast limited however we only arrived just before the end of service

The art deco building ,was so beautifully enhanced by the interior decor ,we loved it.
Breakfast was really good, the only problem was the covers on the hot food were a bit of a trial, holding a plate in one hand and a huge pan lid in the other, and trying to get food onto the plate......nightmare!!! Hopefully the dining room refit will take note. Because we'll definitely be returning.

Lovely hotel, warm welcome from staff and very helpull. Location was very convenient for the airport and also a short taxi ride from South parkway station
Air con wasn't working (although we were warned of this prior to the stay), this mean there was a pungent smell in all the corridors, although the room was fine
Bar and Resteraunt was undergoing renovations which meant the temporary bar and restaurant was very small with no tables available, we ended up having uber eats in our room

Close to the airport and there is a shopping centre crossing the road.
Room wasn't very clean. They give us the key to a room it wasn't ours and we were able to open the door. There was some work being done in the hall, and everything look very out dated. It really didn't feel comfortable or safe. We were aware of the problems with the aircon so no complain there and we were not that hot.
