The customer service was the best we've had.
Thought it was lovely to recieve messages each day, starting from entering the room asking if everything was OK.
My room request was met.
The bed was super comfy. Slept so well.
It was a shame there wasn't a proper bar to socialise in.
No fried or poached egg options at all.
On the 3rd morning we had breakfast when 1st started and the sausages and bacon were like yesterdays. When we was later the sausages looked un cooked.
