The location was good, it was clean and the breakfast was very nice.

Am Hotel und dem Personal gibt es gar nichts auszusetzen.
Die Ausstatzung war gut, es hat an nichts gemangelt.
Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Rezeption 24h besetzt. 7€ für ein frisches Guinness in der Hotelbar ist ein vertretbarer Preis.
Begrüßungs-Cookie, bestimmt kein Entscheidungsgrund zur Buchung, aber genau die kleine Geste, die gleich zu Beginn ein gutes Gefühl bereitet.
Die Betten waren nicht die bequemsten, aber das bewertet jeder anders, der eine mag weiche, der andere lieber harte Matratzen, das kann man nicht pauschal bewerten.
Auch die Lage ist nicht optimal, aber das muss man sich vor der Buchung bewusst machen. In die Innenstadt führen Bus und U-Bahn (Tube), aber es dauert mit Fußweg zur U-Bahn locker 1 Stunde. Dafür ist man im Nu am Flughafen, Shuttle im Hotel verfügbar (ggf gegen Aufpreis). Dafür entschädigt der Preis, wesentlich günstiger als in der Innenstadt.

Breakfast was the saving grace for our stay. Could not fault the breakfast service.
Mattress. Why do you use open coil spring mattress? Very bad night sleep. Woke up with pressure pains all over the body. Temperature in the room was constantly cold. Even the engineer did not fix the issue. Felt ill at the end of stay. Limescale build up noticeable on shower head, which meant trickling water to take shower. Thankfully, the stay was just for 1 night. Sahana promised a call back from Ruksana Hassam(Operations Manager), who never bothered to follow up on concerns raised. 2 Star experience.

It’s clean and staff were good
The extra sofa bed given was horrible..This is the most uncomfortable bed you would give for a kid!

The food was ok.
I asked for extra blankets as I was staying with two children. The reception staff and housekeeping failed to accommodate. I rang twice and they said yes but never brought the extra blankets. It was cold and bade the stay uncomfortable.

Staff tried to be helpful.
Each system - checking in, booking parking, even food and calls - were down. We had to return to the front desk several times too.

The bar is poorly run , always run out of beer and constantly served in wrong glasses

TV is on the other side of the room which makes it difficult to watch, can only watch it from one side of the room as well
Wasn't informed when I checked in that you had to give 24hr advance notice for room cleaning - even with this policy, people don't always know when or if they will be going out so the room doesn't get cleaned

Parking is limited, breakfast was shockingly poor, staff couldn’t have cared less.

Easy to get the public bus from the airport. Comfy to stay overnight. I used the gym before the long flights home. The Breakfast was also good.

Car parking was easy. Check in was very swift and very polite and courteous staff member.
Got woken up by housekeeping knocking door 8.30am repeatedly around 4 times . Till I had to open door and tell them my checkout time is 12pm. Was so annoying as went to sleep around 3.30am and it was a Saturday morning.
Que for tea and coffee machines at breakfast is 2 long. Another station would be great.

Close enough to the airport. The breakfast was good.
We were supposed to check in at 2pm but when we arrived at 4pm our room wasn’t ready. When we got our key card it didn’t work. We got into the room and the sofa bed for our son was practically falling apart, so they changed us to another room and the second keycard didn’t work. All in all very disappointing and wouldn’t recommend or stay there again.

Guy’s at reception ignores you and do not greet.
They immediately look down as you approach the reception and look up only once you cross the reception.

The room was pleasant, comfortable and clean. The staff were friendly and helpful.
We had substantial concerns that we have contacted the hotel about in terms of gluten free - the restaurant was unable to provide an allergen book or provide allergen information and food was not labelled, and therefore it was not possible to make a safe food choice

Loved the cookies, peaceful and clean room. Staff is very friendly and we all loved staying there.
