Lovely pub,comfortable room with character. Great breakfast and good environment for a meal on the night we stayed. Would definitely stay again.
We struggled to find the carpark even with the postcode provided by the host.

Centrally located in nice town of Oakham close to restaurants shops and other pubs. Rooms are clean ,well
Appointed and comfortable. Very reasonable nightly rate included a well cooked and plentiful breakfast. Would recommend
Our room at the front of the building overlooks the high street and traffic noise is quite high. So if you’re a light sleeper request a room at the back

A warm welcome from reception. Our room in the annex was clean, comfortable and quiet. Breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was OK.
It was very strange that cereal was only available as an alternative to a cooked breakfast. Breakfast service was very poor, and it took 35 mins before our first food items were served.
A chair in our room was broken and I nearly fell through it.
