Location excellent
Shower door difficult, the accomodation needs an elevator

We all had breakfast and were happy with it. Our dinner was also good. Service was really respectful in Bar & Grill.
Bathroom & most, if not all apartment interiors, need updating. We stayed at McCraken at least 15 years ago,and apart from the beds, most apartments look the same.

Staff were very friendly and helpful but when the fire alarm went off at midnight everyone was waiting outside in the freezing cold but no one came and explained what had happened or what we needed to do. The rooms were very clean and comfortable looking over the golf course and we got room service which arrived very quick.

Location is okay.
The room was okay. They definitely don’t clean well. Found some old hairs in the bathroom. The carpet hadn’t been cleaned very well either. Interior is ok, but could use an upgrade.
For the lack of something better, it’s a pretty good stay.
