Everything exceeded my expectations! The hotel has a beautiful waterfront view and is just a short, easy walk to Pokkinen Park. The staff were incredibly warm, friendly, and genuinely dedicated. The service was top-notch, the food was delicious, and our room was spotlessly clean and fully equipped.
Nothing at all! Everything was truly wonderful.

Very family friendly, our family room had all we needed for our toddler, without asking! Comfortable bed, AC, had a nice view towards the market area. Breakfast was great, a coffee pot served to the table surprised us.
We're not bathtub people and our room had one, but it's a minor thing.

Location was great
Food at the restaurant was not on point, salmonella soup was saltless and no real fish taste. I dont know if the chef had tasted that at all. Was huge downer.
