A few things need attention

I liked the location, it is right on the beach and walking distance to the fun spots.

The photos are misleading. I was given an outdated apartment with multicoloured carpet opposed to the fresh modern unit I saw in the pics. I could have stayed elsewhere for cheaper but I liked the look of the unit in the photos so went there. I was disappointed when I walked in the door. I tried to provide feedback at the front desk but it wasn’t well received. The apartment is nice, it did the trick, but they need to drop the price and update the photos so you get what you pay for (based on what they advertise in the photos IMO)

The location was excellent and the staff went over and above to accommodate our requests. We could. It be happier, The Grosvenor is our go to place for all our future holidays on the Gold Coast.

We were happy with everything.

Excellent location with beach view. Apartment was clean and kitchen utensils and appliances were well stocked. Everything in the apartment was working and in good condition.

Absolutely No availability for late check out when requested at time of check in. 10am departure on Sunday morning from Surfer's is not good practice for a holiday location.

didn’t like I couldn’t lock all the doors to the balcony and that my 3 yr old was able to unlock/open those doors. otherwise we were very happy with the whole apartment.

Unit was so modern & bright . Staff were very bright & helpful. View was amazing with everything you need around you within walking distance, it was our second time staying here & will be staying again .. It’s very peaceful & relaxing..

The location was amazing. The swimming pool area was very clean nice sunbeds and tables and chairs. The reception area and other areas were always kept clean and tidy. The two ladies in reception was very helpful.

The apartment was huge but it was very outdated and the pictures on Booking.com does not reflect this. for a short break only we cut short out stay.

Awesome location less than 50 m from beach and 200m from Surfers Paradise beachfront sign. Beautiful sunrises in the morning and fantastic view of the beach looking south. Great secure parking and really good, considering how hard it is to find a spot so close to the beach. We loved just walking out of the apartment and straight down the beach. Great value for money considering location. All in all, it was comfy and suited what we needed. Staff were helpful, and let us check in about 2 hours earlier.

The location was amazing, beachside and close to Cavil Ave. Accommodation very clean and modern for a 3 star. We will be back.

Lights from neighbouring accommodation shone through bedroom windows. I generally like a dark room but wasn't too bad.

Location

It was not clean, the TV screen was broken. The windows are not cleaned for the last 5 years. The carpet was dirty, everything you touch is broken. The toilet cover with a paper called cleaned but the sit of the toilet had urine marks

We love the location and the amenities (pool & spa)

The bathroom sink was not cleaned well

I love the view and the location was excellent. Room was comfortabe.

Wifi wasn't connected and was very confusing. There was no Foxtel remote etc. There wasn't any aircon which was mentioned when I paid.
