This is a 16th century building so the structure has moved over time so floors can be a little uneven. I've stayed in similar places before so this is to be expected and adds to the quirkiness. Welcome was great. bar is good and friendly. Location is great with lots of good restaurants nearby and Woburn itself is very pretty.

Staff had good local knowledge which they shared
We were disappointed that neither dinner nor breakfast were available during our stay despite being advertised. Pub understocked. Bathroom needed a refurb.

Very convenient location . Reasonably priced.
I think this hotel needs to up its game as its location is in a prime spot in a desirable area amongst much better quality establishments.
Everything is tired and a bit dingy, the bar was closed early on our return, this on a Saturday night and not open on Sunday night either , it was the World Cup final too! .
Also the landlord could be a bit more welcoming.
