The location of the hotel was good. The hotel staffs were hospitable but it would be nice to have some English and French speaking staffs.
The size of the room and the bathroom was a bit small for 3 or 4 people.

The overall hotel facilities are ok. We liked the smaller pool by the beach! Staff friendly. Good entertainment thu-sat live Cuban salsa band. Food also ok/good we ate all the time we were there.
The rooms we have been given were located on the 6thfloor facing very busy stretch street. The noise cancelling in the room did not work/ was ineffective and we really struggled to sleep the 5 days we were there. As the hotel was full we were unable to get other rooms despite a couple of requests. In addition I have sent email request to hotel in advance to check if they could make sure ours and my parents in law rooms were at least on same floor. Despite the hotel message reply when we arrived they were on 15th floor. Oldish and worn fittings and furniture in the rooms and not very fresh towels were not appealing. We have been to other fiesta Americana chain hotels and this hotel is lacking and I would not return again

I like the Location, it’s probably the nicest on on the strip.

The hotel is amazing, the view and the staff
The design of the balcony is the worst design I have ever seen for a family hotel, the opening between the horizontal bars is big enough for a kid from 1 to 6 years old to fit in the space and fall from the balcony. This is extremely dangerous

location was great however the pool was under construction and I upgraded to get a jacuzzi and it didn’t work it was too late to call the staff didn’t want to wake up the rest of my party

the suite is large enough for 4 people. well appointed full kitchen.

the main elevated swimming pool with the excellent views of the bay is closed and undergoing construction so expect drilling noises.
they will try to get you to attend a timeshare presentation.
water pressure in the shower isn’t great.

The bathroom was old, and there was no hot water in our room even if tried to solve tie with staff.

I liked almost everything.
I didnt like: a lot of people at the front beach, getting totally wasted. Bottles and bottles of vodka, tequila and beer. Those people were super dirty and most of them never clean when they leave. I was picking up by my self a lot of mess that wasnt mine because it makes me sad to see such a beautiful beach so dirty. You have waiters and security on the beach. They shouldnt allow that mess. Also the loud music coming from the rental speakers was too annoying, loud and confusing due too many speakers... the music at your main swimming pool was just perfect. Another thing i didnt like, kids and older people not using outfit for swimming at the pool... thats a bit dirty...
