Pestana Palm Gardens

My stay was good overall; however, I found the staff to be quite inflexible and unfriendly. There was a significant amount of paperwork required for check-in, which made the process unnecessarily complicated. We were also told that late check-out was not available for guests who booked through Booking.com. However, my friends, who had made their reservation directly through the hotel’s website, were allowed to stay three hours past the check-out time. I understand that different booking channels may have different policies, but the difference in treatment was disappointing. Overall, while the stay itself was good, the lack of flexibility and friendliness from the staff negatively affected our experience.

Location was perfect for us . Asylum just walk out the back of property and are onto the cliff walks. Short walk to beautiful beach Spotless clean n service was fantastic. Apartments have everything needed for self catering

The walk back up from main town But uber was cheap

Everything was perfect, the apartment is really cozy with excelent furniture well refined and super clean. Also the garden with the swimming pool really beautiful!

some of the fixtures and fittings seemed tired. lack of sound insulation especially from the noise of the aircon/heat unit which was mounted on the balcony. maybe a notice similar to the water saving one suggesting that clients turn them off at night when sleeping.
