Breakfast was excellent

Nothing comes to mind-a very comfortable and enjoyable hotel

Breakfast was varied but hot items not very hot. coffee machines server barely warm drink. Gym was only open 8-8 but not supervised so why not open it earlier

Loved the breakfast. The ingredients - bread, cheese, vegetables were excellent. Pan cakes were ok. Its open till 11 - which is great. Coffee is excellent. There are two pool and lots of beach chairs to sit around. the view from there is excellent. The place was full but nothing was crowded. I loved the place , the gym is good, I did yoga on the grass and swam a lot in the indoor pool. The sea was too cold to swim in April, but that did not stop us from enjoying the place. There is a kitchenette in the room, buy water, drinks etc from mini mart which is close by. We rented a car as we were 5 and it was working out cheaper than taxi to come here, There is no parking in the hotel but at this time, It was not hard to find parking on the street.

It is not very clear which rooms are sea view and which are side sea view. We payed extra for sea view, but our rooms looked like the side sea view property pictures on booking.com. The reception convinced us that those were the sea view but we are not so sure. The room still had a good view. Just book the side sea view for less cost , dont bother booking sea view. some people complained about the beds. I think the quality of beds were a very big issue for some people.

fantastic value brilliant place to stay

Loved the breakfast buffet. The staff were friendly and good humoured. I was there for my nieces wedding. The wedding planner was terrible. None of us knew what was going on. No one received an advance outline itinerary even. The family group dudnt knew where to congregate and wait before hand. The wedding was at 3.30. She, the wedding planner, didnt even check in with the bride and her bridemaids until 3.15. My brother, the brides father was supposed to be walking the bride down the aisle, the wedding planner had to be told to go and get him, as she had overlooked this too. The music system hadnt even been pre tested and then all was delayed further as they couldn't get to it work. So she had no music to walk down the aisle to. The microphone was sending feedback so had to be discarded, so no one could hear what was being said through the ceremony. The location was lovely.

The mattresses need to be renewed Much too hard. A hotels core product is a bed. They have to be much better.

Everything was fabulous

Some of the staff were rude over a confusion over a good order. we knew we had ordered correctly and was willing to put it down to miscommunication but this one staff member was insistent we were wrong and came to shout at us. It wasn't the best way to handle the situation

Some of the staff were great. Our breakfast lady was fantastic & generally the breakfast staff were good. Breakfast had a hreat variety of food.

The rooms need sprucing up, they were tired & in need of a paint job. The cleaning was non existant, vents were full of dust, scuff marks along the walls & there was no tea & coffee in the room. Some of tbe desk staff were not very helpful. It was just not good value for money & the hotel appeared to be put out by any requests made.

Breakfast was great. The staff are all very warm and friendly. Pool area is well designed lots of sun loungers but alos lots of space. Really nice beaches close by.

The sofa bed that my father slept in had bed bugs which left him with a lot of itchy marks on his body. The hotel supplied an extra bunk bed which was good. Bed bugs in the sofa bed is not acceptable.
